TRAINING ACADEMY BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking fee

A 50% booking fee is required to reserve a place on the course(s) applied for. This fee is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that the trainer has to reschedule the course, you will be given the option of booking onto another course. If there are no suitable dates, your booking fee will be refunded upon request.

Welcome information

Upon successful application please read our welcome information document, this will ensure you have a full understanding of what you can expect on the day.

You must read all the course instructions. Any advice provided or instructions within the welcome document must be followed. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the loss of your booking fee. Each training course varies so please ensure you read the document fully.

If you do not understand any part of the welcome document please get in touch with us as soon as you can.

Failure to attend or no show

If you choose to withdraw from the course or fail to attend, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Kits

Certain LW Training courses do not include kits. Please ensure you have read and know what the course includes.

Models

You may be expected to bring a model with you for your assessment on the course or be a model on the day. If this is required it will be clearly stated in your welcome email. Full details will be provided so please ensure you read and fully understand the welcome document.

Certificates

Certificates will be issued at the end of the course/training. In certain circumstances, you may be required to carry out further case studies before receiving a full pass/qualification.

LW Training Academy reserves the right to decline applications.

TREATMENT BOOKING CONDITIONS

Pre-care treatment

We want to ensure you get the best possible results from your treatment. Please read our pre-care documentation prior to your appointment.

Booking fee

When booking at LW CLINIC you will be required to pay a deposit to reserve an appointment, an appointment is NOT secure unless a deposit has been paid. Deposit may vary depending on the treatment, usually, £50 is requested for any SPMU treatment & beauty treatments vary from £10 up to 50% of the treatment. Deposits are necessary to cover lost time, administration and setup and because an unattended appointment has prevented your time slot from being allocated to another client.

Cancellations

You will be required to give LW CLINIC 24 HOURS notice for any cancellation that must be received via text message or call at 07843661771 (please note social media and email are not monitored out of business hours).

Failure to attend

If you fail to attend your appointment or no show to your agreed time and date (for whatever reason provided) this WILL result in loss of deposit which CANNOT be refunded or transferred to another booking. This includes semi-permanent makeup second treatments in which have been pre-paid – if you fail to attend this WILL result in £50 charge for the missed appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: By paying a deposit you are entering into an agreement showing your intentions to attend LW CLINIC for treatment and accept that in the event of you failing to attend this will result in loss of deposit. LW ClINIC may not contact you if you fail to attend and it is your responsibility to contact to start the booking process again (pay a deposit) if you wish to proceed with any further treatments.
